Hi everyone,

NO EARLY CHECK-INS PLEASE!

This month, we are asking for a completed Skywarn form using the TPRFN 
form generator. While this is primarily for packet check-ins, you are 
welcome to use it for as many check-ins as you like.

Please note the following two changes for this month:

1.  Packet Messages: Send a private message instead of a bulletin.

       - Format: SP N3MEL@N3MEL.#EPA.PA.USA.NOAM

2.  Subject Line: Use the updated format for both Packet and Winlink 
check-ins:

       - Format: PKTNET, Your Call, Your Name, Your Town, Your Grid

find a step-by-step guide on how to complete the Skywarn form and send 
it with your packet check-in.
